Please note that by submitting this form you are not reserving the date or time with an instructor and that this is an inquiry. An instructor will follow up with your submission to confirm availability and pricing. Private instruction is on a first come, first serve basis.  We ask that you allow up to 1 week to have your Private Instruction scheduled with an instructor.

You are required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit that is due upon scheduling confirmation. We ask that if you provide a 48-hour notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled training session. Should you not show up or call to cancel/reschedule your booking, you will forfeit your 25% deposit.
